The Sudbury 'Big Dig' in Suffolk took place on Friday 3rd - Sunday 5th October 2014. Over 200 school pupils, local residents and volunteers were involved in digging 31 test pits in the town.

100% of respondents rated their experience of the excavations as ‘excellent’ or ‘good’, while 95% would recommend the activity to others.
