Topcliffe Mill in North End, Meldreth will be open to visitors on Sunday 11th May from 11.00am to 4.00pm as part of National Mills Weekend. An admission charge will be levied, with all proceeds going to Meldreth Local History Group. Admission will be £3.50 per adult, with accompanied children free. No unaccompanied children will be admitted.

There has been a mill on or close to the site of the present mill for around a thousand years and although the mill wheel no longer exists, all of the machinery remains. Recent research has uncovered more information about the watermills in the village and about Topcliffe Manor. Some of this information will be displayed on the day, together with additional information on the history of the mill. There will also be an opportunity to view some of the finds from the test pit that was dug close to the mill last year.

The mill is situated at the end of a long drive, opposite Holy Trinity Church. Limited parking is available in the lay-by opposite the Church.
